Principles and Rationals:

The Faculty of Law, Thammasat University is committed to fostering academic collaboration with domestic and international institutions. In line with this policy, we are pleased to offer the TU Law Summer Program 2025. This Program provides an opportunity for participants from our partner universities abroad, as well as other interested individuals, to explore Thai legal foundations (e.g., contract, criminal, public, and business laws) and visit various legal institutions and firms. Participants will also be able to engage in enriching cultural exchange activities in Bangkok Old Town and Ayutthaya. Recommended participants include undergraduate students and early-career lawyers, who want to learn more about Thai laws and the Thailand legal system. High school students may also apply.

Participants will also have an opportunity to attend an international conference organized by TU Law from 23-25 June 2025 on “Navigating Sustainable Legal Compliance Challenges in the Digital Age.” The three-day Symposium will explore critical legal issues arising from the intersection of digital technology and sustainable business practices. Targeting students, academics, lawyers, government officials, NGOs, and businesses, the event will cover topics such as supply chain management, carbon border taxes, data protection, e-commerce, and digital dispute resolution. Featuring lectures from international experts and practical workshops, the symposium aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of sustainable legal compliance in a globalized digital economy.

วิทยากร

Speakers: Almost all sessions will be taught by the faculty members of the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University specializing in different areas of laws. Some guest speakers from reputable firms and institutions will also be invited to share their practical insights, especially during the visits to legal institutions and firms.

Registration Fees: THB 30,000 (excluding bank transfer fees). More information about the payment will be provided once the applicant gets admitted into the Program.

วุฒิบัตร

Certificate: Only participants with an attendance record of 80% or more throughout the entire session will be eligible to receive a training certificate from the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University.
